DELIVERY AND RETURN: FREE ALL OVER PHUKET Free during business hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Mon-Sun. Delivery outside business hours: 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM to midnight, Mon-Sun is subject to a fee of 500 baht (to most Phuket beaches) or 1,000 baht (to the airport and remote areas). No delivery is available overnight from midnight to 6:00 AM.

MINIMUM RENTAL COST Please note: We serve orders starting from 3,000 baht. Please contact our customer service for an exact rental quote.

DRIVING LICENSE, DRIVER AGE, 2ND DRIVER We do not collect passport or any documents as collateral. Your passport remains yours; a photocopy will be made upon vehicle delivery. A second driver is permitted (free of charge). The minimum driver age is 21 years. We do not verify your appropriate driver's license category: it is your personal responsibility to comply with Thai laws and traffic regulations.

MILEAGE AND LEAVING PHUKET Exit from Phuket is permitted only to nearby provinces (Krabi, Phang Na). Before departure, please notify our operator (via a simple message in messenger). For rentals of a month or more, travel is permitted throughout Thailand. Mileage is unlimited in any case.

BOOKING PROCEDURE Bookings are made online, typically with NO prepayment (except for high season bookings) and NO copies of documents (passport or driver's license) required. How to rent a мotorbike?

BOOKING

Leave a request via WhatsApp, Telegram, the form on the website, or by phone. We will contact you promptly to confirm the details during our business hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Mon-Sun.
No documents are required to make a reservation: even no passport or driver's license copy.
Reservations are processed WITHOUT prepayment, except during peak season.
PLEASE NOTE: We serve orders starting from 3000 THB.

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

We will contact you 24 hours before delivery to confirm delivery details.
Delivery is TOTALLY FREE DURING BUSINESS HOURS: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Mon-Sun.
Delivery outside of business hours: 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM to 24:00 (midnight), Mon-Sun is 500 baht (to most Phuket beaches) or 1,000 baht (to the airport and the most remote areas).
No delivery is available overnight from 24:00 (midnight) to 6:00 AM.
PREPAYMENT IS REQUIRED JUST PRIOR TO DELIVERY

1. Delivery to Patong is without any prepayment

2. Delivery to other beaches/areas in Phuket requires a prepayment of 1,000 baht. This amount will be applied to the rental fee.

We will sign an official contract with you, inspect the car/motorcycle, and then hand it over to you.
We do not accept any documents as a deposit. Your passport remains with you, and a photocopy will be made.
FULL PAYMENT is due upon car/motorcycle delivery. By card (+3%), cash (THB/USD/EUR) or bank transfer to a Thai bank account.
You will also pay a SECURITY DEPOSIT, which will be refunded at the end of the rental. By the same payment methods: card/cash/bank transfer.

USE AND RETURN

We will contact you 24 hours before your car/bike return to confirm the return details.
Our staff will pick up your returning vehicle absolutely free during delivery service business hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Mon-Sun.
Return outside of business hours (6:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM to 24:00, Mon-Sun) are subject to a fee of 500 baht (for most Phuket beaches) or 1,000 baht (at the airport and in the most remote areas).
When you return your car/bike, we will inspect the vehicle with you, sign the acceptance certificate, and you will receive your security deposit back.
