Delivery, Payment and Insurance
Rental Terms and Vehicle Delivery Procedure
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: we serve orders starting from 3,000 THB.
✨ Reservations are accepted without prepayment, except during peak season.
💳 Prepayment is made right before delivery.
We will contact you 24 hours before delivery to confirm all details and payment method.
🏖️ Delivery to Patong — always without prepayment.
🌴 Delivery to other beaches or areas of Phuket requires a 1,000 THB prepayment (this amount is deducted from the total rental fee).
💸 Prepayment can also be made in RUB via a Russian phone number (≈2,500 RUB).
💰 Full payment is made upon pickup of the car or bike:
- by cash in THB, USD, or EUR
- by bank transfer to a Thai account
- by foreign card payment (+3%)
🪙 A security deposit is also collected upon pickup and fully refunded after the rental ends.
🚗 Vehicle Delivery
We will contact you 24 hours before delivery to confirm the pickup details of your car or motorbike.
🕙 Free delivery from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
🌅 Paid delivery from 6:00–10:00 AM and 6:00 PM–12:00 AM:
• 500 THB — for most Phuket areas:
Bang Tao, Kamala, Karon, Kata, Kata Noi, Nai Harn, Patong, Phuket Town, Rawai, Surin, Thalang, Chalong.
• 1,000 THB — for remote locations:
Phuket Airport, Mai Khao, Nai Thon, Nai Yang, Panwa.
🌙 No delivery from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM.
🔁 Vehicle Return
We will also contact you 24 hours before the end of your rental to arrange the return.
🕕 Free return from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
🌇 Paid return from 6:00–10:00 AM and 6:00 PM–12:00 AM (same as delivery rates).
⛔ No returns between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
Upon return, the vehicle will be inspected and an acceptance form signed.
After that, the security deposit is refunded in full to the client.
🛡️ Insurance and Deposit
All Hakuna Rent Phuket cars and motorbikes are insured with a deductible, as is standard in Thailand.
Your financial responsibility is limited to the deposit amount, which is refunded after the rental is completed.
Security deposit for cars:
• Toyota Yaris Ativ — 10,000 THB
• Toyota Hilux Vigo — 10,000 THB
• Mercedes E250 CDI Cabriolet — 30,000 THB
Security deposit for motorbikes:
• Honda Click 160 — 3,000 THB
• Honda PCX 160 — 3,000 THB
• Honda ADV 160 — 5,000 THB
