How to rent a car?

STEP

BOOKING

Leave a request via WhatsApp, Telegram, the form on the website, or by phone. We will contact you promptly to confirm the details during our business hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Mon-Sun.
No documents are required to make a reservation: even no passport or driver's license copy.
Reservations are processed WITHOUT prepayment, except during peak season.
PLEASE NOTE: We serve orders starting from 3000 THB.

STEP

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

We will contact you 24 hours before delivery to confirm delivery details.
Delivery is TOTALLY FREE DURING BUSINESS HOURS: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Mon-Sun.
Delivery outside of business hours: 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM to 24:00 (midnight), Mon-Sun is 500 baht (to most Phuket beaches) or 1,000 baht (to the airport and the most remote areas).
No delivery is available overnight from 24:00 (midnight) to 6:00 AM.
PREPAYMENT IS REQUIRED JUST PRIOR TO DELIVERY

1. Delivery to Patong is without any prepayment

2. Delivery to other beaches/areas in Phuket requires a prepayment of 1,000 baht. This amount will be applied to the rental fee.

We will sign an official contract with you, inspect the car/motorcycle, and then hand it over to you.
We do not accept any documents as a deposit. Your passport remains with you, and a photocopy will be made.
FULL PAYMENT is due upon car/motorcycle delivery. By card (+3%), cash (THB/USD/EUR) or bank transfer to a Thai bank account.
You will also pay a SECURITY DEPOSIT, which will be refunded at the end of the rental. By the same payment methods: card/cash/bank transfer.

STEP

USE AND RETURN

We will contact you 24 hours before your car/bike return to confirm the return details.
Our staff will pick up your returning vehicle absolutely free during delivery service business hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Mon-Sun.
Return outside of business hours (6:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM to 24:00, Mon-Sun) are subject to a fee of 500 baht (for most Phuket beaches) or 1,000 baht (at the airport and in the most remote areas).
When you return your car/bike, we will inspect the vehicle with you, sign the acceptance certificate, and you will receive your security deposit back.

Do I need a driver's license to rent a vehicle?

A driver's license is required for police officers. It is your personal responsibility to have the appropriate driver's license. A passport is sufficient to rent a vehicle. We do not check your driver's license.

Will English-speaking staff come to my location?

A staff member who speaks English and Thai will come. However, you can always text or call a English-speaking operator if you have any questions and have them resolved in real time.

Do I need to return the car with the same fuel level, or can I return it empty?

The car is returned with the same level as when I picked it up. The fuel level is noted in your contract.

Do I need to wash the car before returning it?

No! You don't need to wash the car. We have our own car wash, and the cleanliness of our vehicles is our priority!
